At CrossFit Skagit we understand that there is no one size fits all when it comes to health and fitness. Our community is diverse and each person varies in their experience, goals, and and day-to-day lives. This fact is at the core of our training program. The daily workouts are constantly varied, scalable and the results are dramatic. All of this is built around a community that is one of a kind and full of likeminded individuals offering friendly motivation and support.
We use functional exercise, plyometrics, conditioning training, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, running, jumping and throwing to help people reach their goals and maximize their health. We train every age and every need including, Olympic weightlifters, marathoners, student athletes, the injured, first timers, professional athletes, and the very busy.
